Log in with your username (usually your email address) and your password.

Click Forgot password on the login page. We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you can’t find the email, check your spam folder.
Can a colleague log in?
A colleague with the right permissions can reset your password in the portal. Go to Healthcare users, search for your name and select Manage account.
